How do I know which dropper post size fits my mountain bike?
You need to check your frame's seat tube diameter (standard sizes are 30.9mm, 31.6mm, or 34.9mm) and calculate the maximum insertion depth and required travel length based on your height and frame geometry.
What is the difference between internal and external cable routing?
Internal routing (Stealth) runs the cable through the bike frame for a clean look, while external routing runs the cable along the outside of the frame, which is ideal for older bike models without internal ports.
Do you offer international shipping on dropper posts and remotes?
Yes, we ship our high-performance MTB components worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for installed components?
We accept returns within 30 days for items in original, uninstalled condition. Once a dropper post has been installed or the cable has been cut, it is no longer eligible for a standard return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How often should I service my dropper post?
For optimal performance, we recommend a basic cleaning and lubrication of the stanchion after every ride, with a full internal service every 50 to 100 hours of ride time depending on trail conditions.
Are your remotes compatible with other dropper post brands?
Most of our universal remotes are compatible with any cable-actuated dropper post. However, please ensure the cable pull direction (clamping at the lever vs. clamping at the post) matches your specific model.
